Christos A. Photiades FCCA
Managing Director
Christos qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1989 and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus. He was also a member of the Institute’s Cyprus Tax Committee. Christos is an expert on international tax planning and has advised numerous clients on international group structuring. He is also an experienced VAT consultant and regularly attends international tax seminars in Cyprus and abroad.
Simos A. Photiades BA(Hons), FCCA
Technical Director
Simos is the technical director of the firm. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Newcastle and he is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in UK and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus. Simos was a member of the Accounting Standards Committee of ICPAC for four years from 2006 to 2010. Simos served as audit manager with KPMG and has gained considerable experience with the audit of large multinational, local and public listed companies.
